Familiarity with Windows based computer applications.

A minimum of one (1) years’ CardWorks Servicing experience preferred.

Two (2) year of related banking, credit, customer service and or collections experience required.

High School Diploma or equivalent education experience required.

Completes performance evaluations and administers corrective action/counseling as necessary.

Provides feedback to Specialists based on their quality, productivity and attendance.

Handles calls that have escalated to a supervisor level.

Monitors specialists phone calls for quality purposes for compliance and accuracy.

Answers questions and assists specialists with issues regarding policies and procedures.

The Specialists managed are responsible for handling a combination of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their credit cards or loans. CWS offers management expertise across the credit spectrum and supports both Master Card and Visa accounts as well as a variety of private label debit, credit, stored value, and customer bankcards.

The Team Leader motivates, coaches and develops their Specialists into becoming a highly responsive team capable of meeting required performance standards while minimizing collection portfolio losses. Location: Woodbury
